Primrose 1000 mg
Hello, I was once prescribed primrose 1000mg long back by a gynae for few weeks. I felt it really helped me to calm down during my PMSs. I just started taking it again yesterday without consultation. Can someone please suggest if I can take this tablet as it really helps me to be calm. For long is it safe to take the tablet. And how many days gap should I keep before starting it again later? I don't have any medical condition other than thyroid, and I take thyronorm 25 MCG . And I have no allergy to primrose tablets either. I do take skin gummies from bodywise. Any good suggestion will be highly appreciated. Thanks
