Pregnency low lying placenta
Hello, I have a question regarding low lying placenta. .   I am 13 weeks pregnent.. i had gone through NT scan 4 days back and came to know that i am having low lying placenta , reaching upto internal os , grade 1 in maturity. . Had ovarian cysts on both sides sized 4 cm approximately. . Left cyst was there since 7 months and i knew it before pregnancy but right cyst was detected when i had gone through my 1st scan at 6 weeks. . Everything is good so far. .no symptoms at all not even vomitings. My gynic didn't suggest any bed rest except to avoid excercise and intercourse. Here my question how to take care of my self? How extent should i do my regular work? Could you please suggest?

Grade 1 low lying placenta is not a thing to worry about but it is usually seen after 28 weeks. And at 13 weeks of gestation you can continue routine work just need to avoid exercise, Major concern is to keep doing antenatal visits regularly and regular iron supplements
