Hello..... Regestrone is progesterone .. Its given to regain periods by withdrawal bleeding... Metformin is usually prescribed for obese woman with polycystic ovarian syndrome ..folic acid is vitamin tablet .. So you can take these medicines ..minor side effects will always be there in all medicines.
