Four days back I had sex with my boy friend, but he did not inserted into my vagina he just rubbed on to my vagina. I have to get periods from yesterday but I didn't get and my breasts are feeling bit heavy and paining is there any chances to get pregnent. Please help to avoid pregnancy.

Pregnancy is unlikely for the following reasons:-
(a) sex happened 4-5 days prior to the expected date of periods ( not during ovulation time)
(b) not a penetrative sex
Pregnancy prevention pill, if you want to take, it should have been taken soon after the intercourse and within 72 hours.
Breast heaviness or mild discomfort/pain is usual in premenstrual period.
