Pregnancy after belighted ovum

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had belighted ovum in june 2019 and i m now pregnant again with 6 week and 5 days but dont have much symptoms othr than sore breasts which come and go and sleepieness all day. my doc has put me on hcg 2000 twice a week, EFMEE tab and IUGR-5 tab. What are chances of belighed ovum accouring again? does no symptom notify belighted ovum?
