You can use menstrual calendar apps that are available in playstore. For example -- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.popularapp.periodcalendar -- is the link for a menstrual calendar. Time your coitus on the days as calculated in the app. If you are still unsuccessful with this in 6 months, visit a gynaecologist.
