I got my periods on 21 march and it continue till 21 aprl while i consult doctor he gave me crina ncr 15 mg after taking it on second day my bleeding stop now please tell me what kind of precautions do i take now, diet etc and after 21 day coudodowhen my periods will come..

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do meditation regularly Take Dates beet root apples kiwis cheeku jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take milk regularly Take Janosia ashok Q Homeopathic medicine 10 drops in 50 ml water Twice a day for 3 months Pulsatila Q Liquid Homeopathic medicine 10 drops in 50 ml water Twice a day for 3 months In between Do sonography of abdomen Send me report
