Posture and Fat burning
I have drooping shoulders and very narrow hip. Because of which i have neck and back pain and my thighs rub against each other causing a lot discomfort and problems. I have a tendency to put on weight around my tummy and places below my arm and along with drooping shoulders have issue with proper clothing, and look hineous. Is there a treatment for this? Also I have indigestion problem and have been trying to loose some fat, which is getting no where in the past 4 years. I am a dancer and really need to work on my body, but cant get anywhere. Dont know what i am not doing to get this done. Please help.
