Postpartum with secondary pph
My wife delivered baby last week post that 2 days back she has detected heavy bleeding post USG pelvis scan it was suggestive RPOC
Post one day medication it was not got removed and doctor has suggested instrumental treatment to remove it
Would like to know that ideally doctor should remove complete plesanta post delivery
Left over part is doctor mistake here?

Usually placenta expelled out once baby s out, of not done then there ll flabby uterus n bleeding.
