Please remove as many stressors around you as possible. Take an off from work, take adequate rest. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, make sure you're changing pads often. Please consume food you can tolerate. You can avoid spicy food until you get better.
Next Steps
If you have fever, it would be best to visit a gynecologist. While pain in the abdomen and back, bleeding is expected, you should be monitoring your overall health- if you feel dizzy, feverish and extremely fatigued, you will need to go to the hospital.
Health Tips
fever could be a sign of infection, continuous bleeding with passage of tissues/clots beyond a week should prompt a visit to your gynecologist. Make sure you are also getting a check scan
