Post EUS abdominal distention & pain
I underwent EUS a week ago for pancreatitis. However I had recovered it and did not have pain that time. But 48 hours after the eus procedure, I developed pain in lower right abdomen (RIF) which persisted for 5 days. Doc told me to take pain killers. But the cramping pain did not subside. Thereafter I underwent CT Scan test which showed mild fluid collection in mesentery of lower right pelvic side. The doctor said there's no perforation/leakage but did not answer as to why the fluid lodged there
