Popliteal artery blockage

Asked for Female, 57 Years

I was diagnosed two weeks ago from a wrist angiogram of 50% blockage of mid popliteal artery. When we went into my right groin yesterday to do angioplasty the blockage was gone. Where and or how did the blockage disappear.
