Pleural thickening
Good eve I just want to know what is the meaning of "there are suspicious infiltrates seen in the left upper lung. the rest of the left lung are clear. the heart is not enlarged. there is obliteration of the costophrenic sulcus. impression: suspicious infiltrates left upper lung and pleural thickening, left" in my x ray report? tenk u & God bless

Hi, Infiltrates means thr is something else in lungs it may be pus etc any collection..bacterial infection ..white color indicates thr is no air in that area..black color in x Ray indicates air ..wat complaints do u have..
