Pleural effusion
Hi Doctor, My father in law is admitted in hospital since yesterday after complaining of breathlessness and severe leg pain. He is in ICU on ventilator and the condition as per doctor is that except his mind and liver, everything is being provided to him by support. He has got blood clots in the lower legs. He has been diagnosed with pleural effusion recently and has a partially- working heart condition. What are the chances he would be alright even if he is put on ventilator. He have had second Dose of vaccine a month ago that he took within a gap of one month of the first one. Can it be due to that? Plz throw some light with your kind opinion.
