Pins and Niddle when It's hot
Did you ever experience Heat Breakdown? You will feel it when the temperature of your body or the weather gets hotter. Then it feels likes Pins and Niddles is stabbing everywhere and you're getting itchy with no sign of allergies. It just came back when I'm about to sweat by doing exercise, eating spicy foods, exposed in sunlight, heat or get anger/anxious/nervous. Does anyone feel this? Or How can I prevent this.
