Phobia of heights
I was always a bit uncomfortable with heights. But in the past few years this has turned into a phobia. Whenever I am at a height (tall building or a flyover or any high platform) i start to panic and want to rush down to end my misery. Alcohol does help a bit to overcome this phobia but its not a solution. I have avoided air travel for quite sometime now. I am looking for non allopathic solution. However, seems like a good psychological assessment might be required. Could you suggest the right treatment or any particular doctor to consult. Also, note that i am always high on anxiety, guess its heredity. Thanks.
