Phimosis : tight foreskin
I have a tight foreskin and during erection the head doesn't come out. Will this cause me any problem, is it common in men or should i treat it. I am 30years and planning to try for our first baby. kindly advise

If phimosis is causing pain during sex them circumcision is the best option.

If it is phimosis it needs a small surgical management. Otherwise it can be managed with medications only. Better you consult once. Then only we can suggest better option
