Persisten low grade fever
I am suffering from a low grade fever from last 45 days and feel very weak. I have gone through dengue,typhoid,malaria,haemoglobin count and urine test but reports are negative.My haemoglobin is a little low but doctor said its normal in females.My lever is enlarged with fatty infiltration.Have spondylitis .kindly help

hey, there are so many causes for fever ,not only those you mentioned, that's why if no cause is found ,termed as pyrexia of unknown origin ,but broadly speaking fever could be due to infection, inflammation, autoimmune, metabolic disorder, need to undergo further evaluation
