Periods twice a month

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi I was suggested to take novelon tablet during my 3rd day of periods and efem tablets regulary for breast enlargement but after a week I felt no changes and i had stopped but after a week im again under periods .. will my periods stop immediately if i continue novelon tablet?? I have festival to celebrate Pooja so suggest with immediate remedy.
