On the right side of rectum ,tender hurtful on tuch, sinc 2 weeks. Constipation n and dull pain in left lower abdo. Is it piles or infection? How to diagnose? Surgery?

Hello there.
It could be a boil, abscess etc.
Consult a surgeon and show to him, he will diagnose. These cases require seeing to diagnose.
Have lots of.water, have high fibre diet and don't strain for stools.
