Homoeopathy can help very well in such Paediatric cases. Homoeopathic medication along with speech therapy and few exercise will give you the fastest result. If your kid has reading skill, make him read the book loudly for atleast 15-30 minutes everyday. Good luck!

Speech and attitude problem shows that the child is timid and feeling embraced. I would suggest to find the reason for how it started. Is the surrounding make him insecure or anything else. This will help you to find exact way to help him. Also a suggestion don't try to correct him time to time or in front of others. Keeping patience is the key deal such kids.
