Hi,
All patients of ITP may not require treatment with steroids etc..only when there is a bleeding or severe thrombocytopenia may require treatment.
It all depends on your platelet count and associated symptom. How the diagnosis was made? Any bone marrow biopsy done??
Please share the reports so that may review and guide you accordingly.
