Paralysis lower legs and hands,

Hi, My father at my village- Behra Sadat, dist- Muzaffar Nagar 251316 He got 1st paralysis attack in 2014 and left side affected. He slowly recovered and started in June 2015 regular medication by Neuro surgeon at Meerut Dr Alok Kumar. Now since last 30 days he had less movement in left leg and also right leg. He is unable to lift both of them now and not able to stand up. Hands are also loosing control and voice is not clear while he speak. Since last 7 days he is bed ridden now and less food intake, not able to stand and sit now Can you suggest any home visit by physeotherypist and ascertail the situation how we need to start medication? Also need medical attendant to regularly see him Please suggest nearby physiotherapist and recovery procedure to start his treatment. Shekhar
