Palpitations in my heart and chest

I am 7 week pregnant and feeling some palpitations in my chest and neck. It would be great if any one help me for the same. Please note that, I am taking thyroid medicine of 25mcg as well and my tsh is 4.52 (last week report) and few days back I started iron supplements as well
