Palpitations. Problem started in d!

Iam 43 yrs old female, house wife (left job since 6 months due to health problem) iam on clipar LA 20 at 8pm and arixomat 25 after dinner. iam experiencing mouth burning it is like tingling sensation, while breathing it feels like cold breathing and nostrils feels like some    cool, along with these i also experience some type of chest pain or muscle pain, while doing walking also nowdays iam some times experience pain in left side. iwas having byloza for allergy and sinus sneezing earlier 2 months back stopped. While sleeping also i feel like chocked due this above problem and get restless. This problem i experience almost throughout the day. Also in my right hand iam having tingling like sensation in right palm since almost 2/3 months and have tingling / slight pain heavyness of teeth lower jaw due to all this above issues  which iam experiencing this daily since 2 months approx and making me restless throughout the day and stressed out.My brief history of health problem started in d
