Paining while writing

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I am unable to write freely as i used tk do before.I am facing this from past 5 months.. my wrist seems to pain and my wrist position has changed ehile writing. If i try to write normally my hand seems to shake and I am not even able to hold the pen properly. I am 19 years old
