Pain when passing stool

Asked for Male, 45 Years

Dr. Sahib my age is 45 yrs. and I have not any disease yet but few days I notice that when I am passing the stool there is pain in my anus which is unbearable. Is this any major problem plz help and guide me. Thanks

hello... looks like you have developed fissure.. you take lots of water and fibre diet... I think you will need laxatives also. ...consult a gen surgeon at the earliest as you may require surgery
