HELLO,   CAP REVITAL FOR MEN ONE AT NIGHT. OFF N ON  LONG TERM. TAB CIPLAR LA40 ONE AT NIGHT FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS REGULAR OR INTERMITTENT. IF U FEEL BETTER CONTINUE IT FOR MORE TIME.OK.
