Pain in upr part stomach
Hi, I am 19 weeks pregnant.Recently I had been to a function where I had a very spicy item.Since then I have pain in my upper part of stomach.I am not feeling like eating anything.could you please suggest any cure for this.

Hi...... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. ....
