I have I have pain in my both nipples since 6 months.right nipple hurts more than the left.the right nipple sometimes lokks just red.I have some small cyst like structures on my both breasts .I also did my fnac test .that was also normal.my Dr. prescribed me a c clop s nano lotion.it feels irritable when the right nipple comes in contact with clothes.I am under stress..what to do ?

Hello, maintain hygine and apply nipcare cream LOCALLY two three times. tab zerodol so two times a day after meals.for three to five dayd. Tab azee500 one per day for three to five days.you have go through fnac result is normal, so don't panic you become all right.plenty of liquids., LIGHT DIET. Ok.
