Pain in the ass hole

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Since yesterday I have been experiencing this extreme disturbing pain in my ass hole which was due to forcing my stool to fall off in the loo and I guess there a lump formed too as when i wash my self I feel a lump near the ass hole This pain is sever that I can't sit nor walk normally and have been passing urine quite often and some kind of fluid
