It could be acute gastritis. You need to make certain dietary changes.
Have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals. Drink plenty of water. Cap. Pan-L once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.

It is due to mild gastritis.... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can....
Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty....
