  3. Pain in rectal region. Be the reason.

Pain in rectal region
I am having muscular i flamatory spasms in anal region. Since last 2-3 yes.Frequency is once in 3-4 months at night lasting for 2-3 hrs.Becomes alright of its own.I had got proctoscopy done 3 days back ,result is normal.I am fairly active in my routine.what could be the reason.

Hello there...I can understand your concern your health. The muscle spasms your are experiencing could be due to fissures in ano or Any fistulas or neurological related. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations. So kindly consult a gastroenterologist with all your previous reports for further evaluation.
