Hi..my friend is 20 year old..she has got her periods today..and there is excruciating pain in her lower abdomen..this happens all the time though ..she sleeps usually..kindly suggest medicine for today..

Hello there we understand your friends condition and your concern.towards her but you need to understand that medications cannot be given without prior examination or even proper history taken. Kindly make her consult a local gynecologist for the relief and she may give precaution to follow to.prevent this next time. Thank you
