  3. Pain in chest and back. On the back.

Pain in chest and back
It's a chronic pain actually but was very mild, I could only feel that when I used to press on that area. Kind of bone or muscular pain. But these days my chest and back is paining without even touching that area. The exact location is around 4 cm left of middle of my chest and exactly behind the same area on the back.

Hi looks like you have costochondritis . Take some anti inlammatory drugs and see . If symptoms persist consult physician...
