Ultrasound reports say coarse echo texture in liver.Shape and size also normal. Every test is normal. Hepatatis B and C negative.SGPT/ALT- 45.9

Coarse echo texture of liver suggests. Cirrhosis. You need to see a Hepatologist and have an evaluation for cause so that further progression can be prevented.
