PAin even after orchidopexy

Asked for Male, 40 Years

My brother was diagonosed with bell clapper deformity after he complained of multiple episodes of scrotal pain in past. Subsequently orchidopexy was performed It's been 3-4 months surgery was done. Even now he compliants of similar pain in scrotum as it was in the preoperative time. ( 4-5 episodes in last 3 months ) Please suggest
