Never had any spotting ever between periods, recently had it on 13-14 th day after periods n upon consulting found it was ovulation spotting. Is it a concern, when should it be taken seriously?

Hello I am doctor Lohit. After your uterus ovulates there is a decrese in estrogen level and rise in progesterone levels which causes a bleeding. Colour is lighter than regular menstruation. Nothing to worry if the spotting stopped after that.the harmonal imbalance could also be caused due to stress.
