I want to reduce my weight how I can reduce my weight. My job is totally standing job from 11 am to 9pm. Having a lots of pain in my leg. I eat some times junk food. What should I eat at my job time which help to reduce the weight and always feel like I am not hungry should I take any meal replacement. My weight is 115 kg

Hello sir... you are coming under obesity. The weight of body is more than the normal. Firstly u totally stop consuming junk foods like pizza burger and bakery products, switch yourself to fruit diet in between working hrs, whenever u feel hungry consume different types of fruits like papaya grapes oranges etc use skimmed milk daily one glass twice. Take low calorie diet in breakfast and dinner. This will help you a lot in reducing weight.
