Oversized Thighs
Hi , there i am a teen boy who weighs 55kg. I am considered to be very fit and have i a lot of muscle mass. I have average calves and slim lower legs and a pretty slim upper body.. my thighs are really huge and make my legs upper legs look wider than my body. I walk approximately 2km per day and exercise 2-3 times a week. Why are my thighs huge and what can i do to reduce them

Hello You may do specific thight exercises for each individual muscles can ask your trainer to help you for that and weight training for it to tone it and do lot of cardio .
