Ocd obsessive compulsive disorder
I haveproblem of ocd.Due to which I am facing lot of problem and not able to concentrate on work.Please provide me some solution for this problem this pribmem increasing day by day.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
For this issue we need to examine you and counseling is also required.
Go get yourself checked out by a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
He will prescribe After Examining you.
Just because you say it's OCD, doesn't mean it's OCD. We need to make the diagnosis. We cannot go by your diagnosis.
