your BMI s low...have small meals 4 to 5 times..add extra calories,avoid junk foods,add proteins and healthy fats to diet,do yoga and exercises which bulk up your body like weight lifting etc...your hb is low consult physician first to find the cause...low hb can present with weight loss so get it corrected first...consult dietitian for diet chart.

hello there.
you need to start doing exercise and have upto 5 meals a day, peanut butter, banana everyday these are high in calories.
high fibre diet, avoid junk food, lots of water, apple daily that would increase your HB.
