Sorry to hear that. If you have gotten ultrasound done, we maybe able to pinpoint underlying issues that may be causing this.
Need more information on periods, etc
Next Steps
consult an experienced gynecologist with reports if any (ultrasound, semen analysis, blood tests, etc)
