Nosebleed during arousal
My nose starts to bleed whenever I do something exciting. For example when I am aroused or when I go trekking etc.

Prevent dryness of nasal mucosa with liquid paraffin and check ur BP regularly also do a CBC to ruleout polycythemia Vera .
