I am having nightfall problem and chronic constipation from last 1 year .taking many ayurvedic medicine but problem not solved .
Please suggest how i cure this problem.

hello der night fall occurs due to excess masturbation so kindly avoid this stop watching porne and not to think about unwanted things.....
constipation may result from ur life style have more fibres in diet like fruits and green leafy veg
drink plenty of water if not
consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
