My niece was born with a problem. She can't listen and Cannot speak. Is there any way if she can start talking and hearing again?

Hi, You should consult ENT surgeon. First she needs to be evaluated for the cause of her problem. At present there are many treatment modalities available to treat such cases like cochlear implants etc. But it all depends on exact diagnosis..
