I am a 25 year old i am working on computer 6-8 hours on the day from 2 days i feeling very pain on my nick right side on back when i use computer the pain is increase how to treat

These is the common problems of all the engineers or those working on computers now a day...and these is the source of income and we cant tell them to stop if its causing u a problem...some exercise and medicine will going to help u in these condition... Avoid to take pain killer it will give u temporay relief but in long times it will worse ur condition....

Sit straight while working or anytime when u r sitting on chair... Dont take pillow while sleeping.. Do neck exercise move it in anticlock wise around 20 times and then clockwise 20 times.. move ur neck with oppsite pressure for around 20 times in both direction
