New symptom to prior problem

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I am 18 I have anxiety and depression as well as pseudo seirzure, recently (3weeks) I have been having severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea,and now dizzy spells and weakness.. The dizzy spells and weakness just caused me to nearly fall I am alone and crawled to my room but I feel like something is wrong. Should I go to the hospital?
