New mole on left Chest

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am seeing one small mole on my left chest last 6 to 7 months. I don't have pain but light burning sensation some time. May be i am always thinking that so i feel that burning sensation. Also if i long press that mole i noticed white liquid coming out from that mole. So i am confused and always affraid of the same. Please suggest me and give me good idea to clarify.
