HELLO, MOSTLY IT'S RELATED TO NECK IE, CERVICAL SPONDIOLITIS. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THORACIC OUTLET SYNDROME. ADVISE:-YOU'RE  IN RIGHT TRACK IE PHYSIOTHERAPY. TABLET METNEUROBION ONE AT NIGHT FOR LONG TERM BASIS. CAPSULE PREGABANYL ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. MASAGE IN BEAUTY PARLOR OR HOME ON EFFECTED PART. O.K, BYE.
